    • Abstract.

    In the article it is proved the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the ini- tial and boundary value problem for the nonstationary nonlinear one-dimensional Boltzmanns moment system equations in third approximation in space of functions, continuous in time and square summable by spatial variable.
