    • Abstract.

    In this paper we study the solvability of boundary value problems for pseudo- hyperbolic equations with a discontinuous coeficient at the highest time derivative and forward- backward time sgn xutt - uxxt + c(x; t)u = f(x; t): We establish the existence and uniqueness theorems.
